How do I sign up?

1. Go to http://my.volusion.com and login
2. Select "View & Manage Plan"
3. Under "Choose Domain," choose the domain name of the storefront you'd like to upgrade and click the "Add" button
4. Next, select the level of service you want and click "Upgrade"

What is Fraud Score™?

As an online store owner, the last thing you need to worry about is credit card fraud. This service helps you identify behaviour associated with fraudulent orders before processing them. Fraud Score does the following:

Scans & Verifies

Scans and verifies over 15 data fields to identify traits, patterns and trends associated with fraudulent orders

Checks Previous Events

Checks over 100 million previous events to see if the order came from a legitimate card holder

Categorizes Risk

Breaks score down into three categories – Minimal, Moderate, High – and associates them with a colour on the scale

Scores Risk

Delivers a score directly to your admin panel to indicate the level of risk involved with each order
